Model T-3001 Biometric

The Model T-3001 Biometric is a portable, weather resistant, battery operated, office, plant, field or vehicle mountable time and attendance system housed in a Nema enclosure.

The Time Guard system provides the ultimate method of employee identification and recording accuracy particularly if you are concerned with security or “buddy punching”. Employees simply place a finger on the verification scanner to clock in and out or to enter job tracking information.

By using the employee's fingerprint, we have added an unobtrusive layer of security to your time and attendance / job tracking system. The Model T-3001 Biometric tracks hours, multiple pay rates, flextime, split shifts, productivity, accruals, and exceptions such as tardiness, absenteeism, and abuse of break, overtime or meal periods. This provides you with the tools and information you need to manage your business workforce and increase productivity while controlling your labor cost.

The Time Guard system automates the process of collecting hours worked from all employees, applies pay and compensate rules consistently and correctly, and tracks company accruals such as sick days and vacation days.
