Model T-3004 Swipe Card System

The Model T-3004 Swipe Card system is a portable, water resistant, battery operated, office, plant, field or vehicle mountable time and attendance system housed in a NEMA enclosure. The Time Guard system provides the ultimate method of employee identification and recording accuracy particularly if you are concerned with security or "buddy punching". Employees simply swipe a card through the scanner to clock in and out or to enter job tracking information. 

By using an identifying swipe card, we have added an unobtrusive layer of security to your time and attendance / job tracking system. The Model T-3004 tracks hours, multiple pay rates, flextime, split shifts, productivity, accruals, and exceptions such as tardiness, absenteeism, and abuse of break, overtime or meal periods. This provides you with the tools and information you need to manage your business workforce and increase productivity while controlling your labor cost. 

The Time Guard system automates the process of collecting hours worked from all employees, applies pay and compensation rules consistently and correctly, and tracks company accruals such as sick days and vacation days. The Time Guard time clock system software tracks your time and attendance information in accordance with your company's policies and/or union contracts. 

By replacing hard to read handwritten paper time sheets, traditional old fashioned ink stamp punch cards, clumsy wand, keytab, or scanner systems, with a Model T-3004 you will streamline time and attendance and gain insight into and control of your field and service labor costs and perhaps most importantly - your bottom line!
