The model Q-6144 Vehicle Clock System will provide you with all the tracking information you want for your service or maintenance vehicle technicians. The job tracking feature allows you to set up job numbers and tasks to track drive time, type of job, and, by using zip codes as job numbers, easily track required city tax withholding for work performed in different municipalities. Many reports can be generated to assist management in analyzing important sales data such as income per labor hour, driving costs, and revenue ranking or cost by various work order types. Marketing decisions can be aided by information provided about total hours worked in each zip code for a given period.

The model Q-6144 includes a card swipe clock, Velcro strips for easy mounting on the interior of the vehicle, a DC power supply, and a convenient handle for easy removal and secure safe transfer to download data at the office computer. As with all of our units data is protected by an internal battery power supply to keep the current date and time and preserve any time, job or task punch data until downloaded safely to your computer. For security concerns the Vehicle Clock System is available in a Biometric fingerprint clock configuration (Model Q-6133) to provide an unquestionable record of vehicle operator identification.
